Failed or rejected deliveries
If a delivery has been attempted multiple times and failed and the goods are then returned to VolexPro, the cost of the attempted deliveries and return postage will be deducted from the refunds available.
If a delivery has been refused and returned to VolexPro (excluding damaged or faulty goods), the cost of attempted deliveries and return postage will be deducted from the refunds available.
If you receive faulty goods or goods you did not order, you can return them to us within 30 days for a replacement or a full refund. You should not return goods without contacting us first and receiving a return number.
Returns will be accepted if a product is faulty or damaged, but not if a product is simply undesirable.
The goods must be in unused condition and in their original packaging.
